Weigh to Go is a weight loss program that I developed back in 2006. My eldest daughter was in college, and had put on a substantial amount of weight. One day, she saw herself in a photo and decided that enough was enough. She started eating healthy foods, writing down everything she ate, walking every day, and keeping a positive can-do attitude. I watched as she dropped about 20 pounds! And not only that, her outlook was much brighter. She felt good about herself. It was then that I realized this was a great combination for weight loss. The original premise still holds true - success is based on just three factors:

  • Controlled eating by food journaling
  • Walking (and/or exercising)
  • Positive attitude

  • As you can see, it’s really a very simple formula. So, in 2011, by combining these original three factors and providing pertinent information, I have come up with what I feel is my best program to date. I hope that you too can benefit from my Weigh To Go program.
